01 The journey
03 STAGES · QUESTION TO CRAFT- STAGE 01
The question
Businesses were tracking stock in scattered sheets, so nobody could answer a simple question: what do we have, and where is it?
1 shared stock view - STAGE 02
The build
We shaped the inventory, ordering, and fulfillment flows around the daily warehouse routine, then added alerts and analytics on top of the same record.
Multi-location tracking - STAGE 03
The preview
The product is live and open to the village for testing. Real warehouse feedback will decide which workflows earn a place in the next release.

02 The chronicle
FIELD REPORTA single source of stock truth
Manual counts turn into quiet losses: a reorder missed here, a duplicate order there, and no shared picture of what is actually on the shelf. V-Inventory MS starts from one live record of every item across every location.
The whole warehouse loop
Stock tracking, purchase orders, fulfillment, and analytics live in one workspace. Low-stock alerts and location-level visibility keep the team ahead of shortages, while automated order handling removes repeated manual steps from the day.
A live preview
V-Inventory MS is published as a public preview. The workflows are real enough to test against a working warehouse, and the outcome figures shown here stay marked as presentation data until a partner shares measured results.
